We are now looking for someone to work part-time as a payroll administrator for our payroll team located at the group's headquarters in Luleå. In the role of payroll administrator, you will work in a tight-knit team where we collectively handle payroll administration for approximately 3500 salaries for our companies in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

The tasks include:

• Ongoing payroll preparation for our Nordic companies.
• Administration of pensions, expense reports, employer certificates, etc.
• Invoice management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who enjoys working administratively and is eager to learn more about payroll.

Experience with Hogia Payroll is a strong advantage for this position. Good knowledge of Excel is a prerequisite. It is important that you enjoy working in a team as you will have close collaboration with your colleagues both within the department and the organization. As a person, you are engaged and driven to take significant responsibility for your work.

You will be based at our headquarters in Luleå. A requirement for this position is that you study at least 50% or have another occupation of at least 50%. We also prefer that you are available to work full-time during the summer.
